Customized Products

As our products are custom-made and personalized, returns or refunds are generally not accepted once production has started.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may only be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item is damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Return Request

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear pictures of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
